In addition, Home Care Nurses Australia (HCNA) is a fast growing labour hire company that supplies nurses, care workers, and allied health professionals to other care providers for NDIS and Aged Care clients, as well as hospital systems across the country.

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of People & Performance as a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR processes. Your main responsibilities will include benefits, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documentation, and providing excellent support to our employees. You will be a crucial link between management and staff, helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.

Oversee employee administration, including enrolment, claims, and inquiries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Handle confidential HR-related documents and maintain a high level of discretion.

Provide exceptional support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.

Collaborate with management and other teams to foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Stay updated with current HR trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in an HR administrative or assistant role, demonstrating knowledge of HR processes and regulations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.

Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related tools.
