Volante Senior Living, a senior housing management company, is seeking a Medicaid Billing Specialist to manage the Medicaid claim program for participating senior housing (assisted living/memory care) communities. The Medicaid Billing Specialist will prepare and submit for reimbursement Medicaid claims on behalf of several assisted living/memory care communities per state and federal contracts. The Medicaid Billing Specialist will monitor claims for payment, address claim denials and rate changes and determine a strategy to obtain payment.
Successful candidates must have experience with Medicaid billing in senior living and/or healthcare, be detail-oriented and accurate with large amounts of data, be able to work independently, and be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with numerous stakeholders.
